Small Business Saturday is a little way off yet - it is on 5th December this year. However, this year appears to be really well organised and could well turn into something brilliant for all those small companies out there.
Now in it's 3rd year, it has grown from strength to strength. Last year an amazing 16.5 million people got involved and apparently nearly two-thirds of the adult population were aware of it.
We work with hundreds of small companies and think this campaign is brilliant. We all know people that have been hit hard by the economic downturn over the last few years, but we also know someone who has had the pluck to start up on their own. All those people need our help and support. People that work hard and put themselves out there deserve Small Business Saturday.
There is a bus tour to help promote the event, covering most of the UK. It will be stopping in 25 locations including Truro, Glasgow, Norwich and Swansea.
